Packing variable no-nonsense compression in one slimline stompbox, the Fender Bassman Compressor features the same RMS compressor circuitry as a lot of the big-name studio units. The Ratio and Release (RLS) slide-switches each toggle between two surgically calibrated presets so you can conjure full, balanced and focussed bass sound with minimum effort while an internal attack and release trim pots hand you the tools needed to fine-tune the effect to match your playing. Set your output level, determine you compression level and then mix the pure bypass sound of your bass with the result via the Blend pot.
